摘要
Preconditioning technique is important for developing an efficient solution of homogeneous dielectric objects by using the method of moment (MoM), especially higher order MoM. The near-interaction impedance matrix from higher order MoM usually used for constructing preconditioners (PCs) is much denser than that of low order MoM, which leads to much higher cost of computer resources in constructing PCs for higher order MoM. To overcome this problem, another sparsing approach of the impedance matrix from higher order MoM is presented in this paper. Under this sparsing approach, the numerical performances of a series of PCs are studied, demonstrating that the performance of PCs for this sparsity has some differences from that for conventionally used sparsity. An efficient PC is presented for higher order MoM for homogeneous dielectric objects in this paper. Numerical experiments validate the efficiency of the presented PC for homogeneous dielectric objects.
