摘要
The primary benefit of the KFSH and RC competency-based nursing management program is the emphasis on critical performance criteria aimed at enabling nurse managers to lead and manage a multicultural nursing staff toward meeting the healthcare needs of Saudi patients and their families. The program provides consistent, measurable performance criteria that ensure that standards of care for patients and standards of performance for nurse managers are met. The integrated leadership development program supports team learning and interdisciplinary partnerships among all healthcare providers.
