Brazil is planning to commercially exploit its Alcantara Launch Centre (CLA), with the perspective of offering reliable and low cost launch services to the world market. This report presents a brief background to Brazil's launch activities and describes the facilities at Alcantara, as well as detailing some of the launch contracts in prospect.
