Analyzing the Public Sports Service Supply Content of Urban Community in China from the Perspective of New Public Service

The theory of New Public Service is build by the Janet V. Denhardt and Robert B. Denhardt, which are the American famous administrative experts. It is a new public administration theory. Its core idea is strengthening service awareness, calling for democratic participation, and pursing public benefit maximization. Its idea is important to construct the public sports service supply of urban community in China. So, it has a positive effect when we discuss the public sports service supply of urban community using the New Public service theory. This article uses the methods which include the document literature method, the questionnaire method, the Field observation method, and the Mathematical statistics method. It analyzes the Public Sports Service Supply Content of Urban Community in China. And it offers the proposal combine the core concept of the New Public Service. It provides some opinion to construct the system of the Public Sports Service Supply of Urban Community in China.
