摘要：
The E-government system of urban construction project planning management differs from Office Automation systems (acronym as OAS) in it general sense. The examination and approval of urban construction project require processing of not only text data, but also a large amount of spatial data. This paper presents a method to realize integrated management of both non-spatial and spatial data to assist planning management decision-making with web-based workflow technique, WebGIS structure, and spatial database engine.
