摘要
The aim of this paper is to present an evaluation approach based on multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) technique for helping the healthcare department of a country to review the over-all health-system of a state over time. In the process of decision making, experts provide their opinions linguistically regarding the alternatives depending on a finite set of interrelated attributes. Subsequently suitable aggregation method is applied to determine the overall performance value to make a final decision. Finally, we present health-system evaluation of a state for the time periods, namely, {t(1), t(2) ,..., t(n)} in order to judge whether the over-all health system of the state improves over time or not.
