摘要：
With the continuous expansion of enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China, the employment peak of college students has come, and the employment situation has become increasingly serious, which makes college students focus on their career planning and strengthen it more urgent. However, the current work in China's institutions of higher learning is only in the initial stage of exploration and development, which cannot fully meet the requirements of the development of the situation. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out a comprehensive and systematic study on the career planning of college students and to promote the development and implementation of career planning of college students in China.
