摘要
For the component calculation in the construction phase as well as for the process monitoring load assumptions must be available, to determine the resulting component stress. The quality of these load assumptions is crucial both for reliable operation and for the economical production of a system. For the determination of a suitable load assumption the numeric simulation of the drive with suitable discrete multi-mass models can be consulted. The simulation technique requires a revision in two ways. First a lack in user orientation is to be mentioned. The methodical approach for the modelling of systems, i.e. the determination of the system parameters, are not uniform. This makes the acceptance of the method in practice more difficult. Therefore a computer-based tool for the modelling of drive systems had to be developed. It is to support the conversion of the construction drawings of the drive components to the discrete multi-mass model. Furthermore the technical progress requires a constant advancement of simulation tools regarding e.g. electrical components such as frequency converters for the speed adjusted operation of electric motors. The developed three program modules are autonomous for itself, i.e. the application is modular structured. Together they form the simulation suite SimOffice. Under the roof of the application SimOffice also the multidimensionally structured help system is arranged. It is to be understood that the user can beyond that receive assistance for commands and input fields at any time and get a specific help context explaining the theoretical background of the tools. The specific help context can be located alternatively on a local hard disk or on a special server in the Internet.
