摘要：
The urban space development is restricted by physical geography conditions, technological facility terms and urban structure which can form the threshold of urban developments. The text introduces the application of GIS so as to resolve the threshold problems. through the analysis of all kinds of thresholds in the urban evolution, and the calculation of investment cost in crossing the urban development threshold, thus confirm the time of cross over the threshold, cross over order and investment cost, recommend the connections between GIS using module and different urban development planning models.
