摘要
The configuration of isolated microgrids is of great significance for military outliers built in remote islands and high mountains. To address practical concerns, mobile energy storage system and shiftable load are specifically introduced to represent military battery pack and oxygen generation/seawater desalination unit, respectively, in this study. Then an optimal configuration model for isolated microgrids with multi-objectives is proposed, and it is tackled with an improved preference-incentive co-evolution algorithm (PICEA-ng). Numerical simulation validates the effectiveness of our proposed model and algorithm based on practical data. Finally, the role of the mobile energy storage and shiftable load on influencing the optimization objectives of the microgrid system is analyzed.
