摘要
Building automation is more and more deployed in buildings. Economic reasons in the terms of savings and higher efficiency are obvious and have ever been a motivation for building owners. Especially the current developments in the fields of Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) take their roles in the further investigation in today's building automation systems. The integration of various kinds of technology with different origins requires the introduction of an abstraction which the service oriented architecture (SOA) principles provide. The introduction of a corresponding service landscape in complex and large dynamic systems like building automation systems (BAS) creates new challenges by thinking of dependability and fault tolerance. System maintainer can hardly handle faults and outages when the system consists of widely distributed services being installed through artifacts being dependent on others. This work presents a solution to these issues by introducing a technical management system supported by management rules, which are derived from the engineering and commissioning process of BAS. The technical management supports further enhancement of the automated operation including self-management, -repair, (re-) deployment, (re-) configuration, aspect independent monitoring and automatic failure notification to system maintainers.
