How God enters into philosophy and theology

Through establishing a solidarity between the God of classical metaphysics and the God of Christian theology, Heidegger opened a historical debate, the very terms of which have doubtless not been radically questioned. The strategies tending to liberate the Christian God from the so-called theological enclosure, are themselves not independent of a procedure which the author of this article seeks to attack from behind. In this undertaking he seeks to open a new field of rehabilitation of philosophical theology and to provide a new foundation for a thinkable articulation between the god of metaphysics and the God of Christian revelation.
