Research and Implementation of Scientific Research Informatization Management Platform Based on WF

Research activities and scientific research ability have become an important index of the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities. The business systems are significant for colleges and universities. However, the public data are not "public" or not been "shared", that caused lot of duplicate data, brought the heavy workload to management personally of scientific research. This paper is based on the Wabacus framework to design a set of relative perfect scientific research informatization management platform, which replaces the traditional scientific business management process, using cloud senices technology, through the public data platform, as a centre stage for all departments of colleges and universities to provide public data services. This strengthens the daily management of scientific research work, the integration of scientific research process, and provides real and effective reference basis for policy makers, so as to enhance the ability of scientific research management and is now a trend.
