摘要
The article analyses the characteristic of supply chain competition environment and the new demand for logistics ability. At the same time analyses the present situation of logistics enterprise, that is, the little scale, low degree of informationization and the fierce competition each other etc. Elaborates the necessary of constructing the virtual logistics enterprise and its advantage of cultivating logistics enterprise core competitive ability, promoting competitive ability and reducing the total cost for its Supply chain. On this foundation, the essay puts forward some kinds of major models of virtual enterprise that suit for present situation in order to offer reference for the continuous development of logistics enterprise under fierce competitive environment.
