摘要：
We experimentally measure the noise figure (NF) of a 3-stage S-band hybrid amplifier built on L-band EDFA positioned between two optical-parametric-amplifier-based wavelength converters. Our results, obtained with 8 WDM channels, confirm that such an amplifier can have NF comparable to that of an EDFA.
