Research on Construction-agent System of Government Investment Project based on Evolutionary Game Theory

摘要
Mode, process, risk and mechanism of agent-construction system of government-invested. Project nowadays in China has been introduced in this study. In the perspective of local dynamic, a evolutionary game model has been built between commission institution and construction agency, and analysis of two models of construction-agent system of government investment projects, which are with or without legal supervision, has been discussed in-depth. Different strategies have been made based on analysis of system dynamic phase diagram. It shows that, cooperation between bi-group will lead to a better cycle and end with reasonable and standardized market. The conclusions provide important theoretical reference value for revealing and regulating evolution of hi-group behavior.
