摘要：

This article analyses principles for evaluating manufacturing informatization. It made an evaluation model using the theory of Balanced Score Card, and through Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process and contrast analysis we established the index weight, so finally it provided a scientific guidance for manufacturing enterprises to draw up informatization strategy policy.
