摘要
The equipment ration criterion is the foundation of making supply plans as well as achieving scientific and information-based equipment support. It states in the paper about the workout flow and rules of the criterion, the demand calculation model of general radar equipment based on reliability, which would improve the criterion workout only dependent on experts' experience before. In the end, the software system was developed based on the Microsoft SQL and Delphi tools, according to the modularized, intelligentized as well as general purpose principles, which is friendly and works well to fulfill the criterion workout of general radar equipment ration.
