Closing the Photovoltaic Supply Chain Loop - Invest Now for Future Returns

Closing the photovoltaic supply chain loop entails developing a robust reverse loop and integrating it with the traditional forward-facing supply chain. To do so, product design modifications are needed to ease disassembly to broaden end-of-life options and also integrate component materials into new products. From a business perspective, this report describes the unique challenges found in closing the photovoltaic supply chain loop and provides guidelines on managing current investments to improve future returns.
