Evaluation of interfaces and portals for international E-commerce

摘要
We present results of the application of an evaluation method and metrics (MEHEM and MECEM) whose aim is to establish the bases for quality principles in the multimedia communications sector. The global analysis consisted of 10 portals for international E-commerce, produced in America, Europe and Asia. Our goal contained two distinct objectives. Firstly, to introduce a new vision of the content evaluation for multimedia system: E-commerce. The second, to demonstrate the inconsistencies and principal errors found in interfaces for E-commerce multimedia systems (on-line).
