摘要：
Effective supply chain management is built on the basis of the high quality of information transmission and sharing, This will rely heavily on information technology to provide reliable support. In this paper, against the characteristics of the supply chain information flow, the text puts forward an module that it is a three - dimensional and it can support decisions, then we build a SCMS module by utilizing IT (such as internet, date ware, data mine, electronic commerce. etc).
