On the Supply and Demand Side of Compulsory Education Management in China

The status of compulsory education decides that its supply should be guarenteed by the nation. There are differences and similarities in demand. The same demand shares characteristics: fixed groups with needs, obvious demand cycle, stable demand variety and increasing consumption ability. The differences are among regions, urban and rural areas and schools. The mangemt of expenditure is the core, to achieve the balance between supply and demand. To enhance the management of expenditure, we should perfect the guarentee systems, strenghen the provincial coordination and consolidate the fundation.
