The coordination of aims and results of activities of a transport enterprise on the base of the management technology of business processes

The combination of coupled managerial approaches directed to designing a full-functional system of improving the business functioning is examined in this research. This improvement could be achieved on the basis of the business processes uninterrupted monitoring. Such system is oriented to the establishment of the integral analytical business platform for providing the coordinated objectives setting, timely revealing and neutralization of the unforeseen events, decision-making at different levels of an organization.
