At present, sales personnel performance appraisal are mostly limited to the assessment of the individual but Very few from sales team. By describing the four roles in the sales team based on the team role theory and learning from the evaluation of the balanced scorecard on the sales team performance, this paper build a set of specific sales team performance appraisal index system and the application of the this methods. The main innovation of this paper is combine the sales personal assessment and sales team appraisal.
