摘要：

Whether the layout of dangerous articles logistics port arrangement is reasonable, it will largely affect the economic benefits of port and the security of port operations. If you want to achieve a comprehensive, integrated, objective evaluation on layout of the program, you must first establish a set of comprehensive evaluation index system. The rationality of indexes and their weight in evaluation system largely affect the validity of evaluation results. Therefore, the determination of the indexes weights is one of the keys of establish of the evaluation index system. In this paper, we do research on dangerous articles logistics port layout indexes and their weight determination based on ARP. The goal is more objective and strives to accurately reflect the reasonable conditions of dangerous articles logistics port layout.
