Research on time-varying resistance attenuation law of hydraulic steel gate members

摘要
Corrosion on hydraulic steel gate is a natural process, however, the assumption of constant corrosion rate in previous researches lead to linear change of member thickness. Based on non-linear description of corrosion process, non-linear resistance attenuation model of hydraulic steel gate members is developed in this paper. Attenuation process of resistance and modulus of steel gate structural members are calculated and studied according to real corrosion data.
