摘要
An integral network issue in cloud computing for mobile environments is service availability. For a mobile user the connection to the cloud maybe difficult to obtain due to traffic congestion, failure of network and weak signal. In mobile cloud computing , the concept of distributed query processing takes place which relates to the data distribution across multiple machines and we need to process queries. This paper aims to determine what computation to place where in a network scenario. This motivates event based adaptive query processing . Data query operators need to generate events, much like exceptions in a programming environment which need to be handled by the query processor. The overall aim of the paper is to analyze efficient query processing when an event occurs and calculate the minimum query response time in three network scenarios based on capabilities and factors of a local , adhoc network and mobile cloud environment.
