摘要
In this paper the auto - monitoring system for producing multiple wedge belts is introduced,in which the optoelectric locating unit and the intelligent measurement unit are applied. The size of a multiple wedge belts can be measured and controlled on line by the single chip microprocessor. The working condition can be improved and the efficieney can also be increased by applying this system, so this system can be widely applied in producing belt fields. During belt processing, cutting and grinding at the same zero point is the key problem. In order to solve it, we have wtilized the special optical grating with the special dgital display device. This system is an auto - measuring one including optics, electronics, mechanies and computer technique. Besides introduction of this system composition, the key technique about the optoelectric locating unit and the autocontrolling unit are also introduced in this paper.
