Development and investigation of basic special standard of the unit of high subsonic and supersonic airflow speeds. A discussion

Basic Special Standard for the unit of high subsonic and supersonic airflow speeds is developed and investigated. The standard was developed at the T-114 supersonic wind tunnel for Mach number M = 0.3... 4.0 (flow rates w = 100... 670 m/s) and two total and static pressure probes of the Zhukovskii Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute. Computed values of the flow rates in the standard wind tunnel as well as the error of the velocity coefficients of the PD68 and PD75 pressure probes, which are transfer standards for the Basic Standard with certified velocity measurement instruments are presented.
