摘要：
Based oil other people's former research, after dealing with such key issues as current investment, price index of investment, depreciation rate, and benchmark capital stock, this paper has estimated China's public physical stock between 1978 and 2004. The result is that although the public capital stock increased steadily. the proportion of investment to GDP ratio decreased year by year.
