摘要
In this paper, a new method of measuring the emission characteristics of phased array transmitter by receiving array antenna is proposed. Compared to traditional method that only gets the suppression of harmonic and spurious emission, the proposed method that based on direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation and broadband sweep measurement also measures the effect of spatial power-combining which is significant for beamforming. The influence of mutual coupling on array response is described in detail. The validity of the method of measurement and the design of the receiving array antenna are verified by numerical calculations and measured data.
