摘要
Technology alliance grows quickly in high-tech fields, many technology alliances aim to acquire knowledge and information from partner firms, as a medium, inter-organizational learning plays a very important role in knowledge transfer, this paper constructs a research conceptual model from the angles of partner enterprise to analyze the influencing factors of inter-firm learning in technology alliance. In the model, three main factors including characteristic of partner enterprise, characteristics of interpartner relationship and characteristics of alliance conditions are analyzed to have effect on inter-organizational learning, while inter-organizational learning includes three phases: knowledge share, knowledge transfer and knowledge application. To ensure satisfactory alliance performance, managers need to be aware of the three characteristics of alliance conditions.
