摘要：
Annotation The contribution deals with problematics of the European Union policy in the sphere of research, development and innovation. In conclusion are explained principles of the Lisbon Strategy focused on sustaintable development and reaching full competitiveness in the frame of world economy till 2010 and its impacts on the field of research, development and innovation. It follows strictly analysis of aims established in the Lisabon Strategy and its influence on the European policy in this sphere. In essay are recorded the basic funds for financing this policy - special aimed community programmes, managed by the European Commission.
