摘要：

Digital signal processing is an applied course with closed relation between theory and practice. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the new approaches in order to promote DSP teaching reform. Three methods including bilingual education, the application of MATLAB and e-learning are presented in the paper. The use of the new methods makes good results in the teaching practice.
