摘要
This study examined whether a Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) technology system was effective in reducing people's public speaking anxiety (PSA). Data reveals that students who were exposed to Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) as an intervention to reduce public speaking anxiety (PSA) self-reported lower levels of PSA than those students who were not exposed to (VRT). This study reveals that students self-reported measures of "attitude towards Virtual Reality Sense of Presence," and "attitudes towards Virtual Reality System " were more positive than negative. In addition, results indicated that students who were exposed to VRT self-reported lower levels of trait and state CA, and higher levels of Willingness to Communicate (WTC) and Self-Perceived Communication Competence (SPCC). The findings of this study are discussed.
