摘要
This research mainly uses literature research method, case study method and interview method to study the improvement of basic education teaching governance ability, and explores the ways to improve basic teaching governance ability based on School-based teachers'professional development: to enhance teachers' awareness of the rule of law, to ensure the orderly development of teaching activities; curriculum development and curriculum integration. Unification makes curriculum a strong support for teaching governance; from deep learning to deep teaching, cultivating students'subject literacy and improving the effectiveness of teaching governance; multi-dimensional evaluation provides more room for teachers to grow up and enhance teachers' professional quality and teaching governance ability. Its main purpose is to provide reference and inspiration for more comprehensive research on teaching governance ability in the future, to help front-line teachers and leaders have a deeper understanding of teaching governance, and to improve the professional ability of basic teachers and the quality of education and teaching.
