摘要：

The situation in the modern educational process is characterized, on the one hand, by the rapid obsolescence of knowledge and traditional professions, and, on the other, by a sharp increase in demand for new-generation cadres with new competencies and skills. As a result of this, the lifelong learning concept, which provides for the wide development of various forms of continuing professional education, in particular, MBA programs, which are an effective tool for building a modern business community in Russia, acquires a key role.
