Development of complaints about the quality of electricity in the Czech Republic

摘要
Distribution companies are faced with complaints on electricity supplied by the electricity consumers. Complaints to power quality are problem that distribution companies must assess and subsequently resolve. All complaints have to be tested, usually by monitoring power quality parameters. Evaluation in the Czech Republic is performed according to EN 50160th at the Department of Electrical Power Engineering VSB - TU Ostrava where the complaints for power quality are processed. The department records complaints reported since 2004. From the database we can read numbers, region, and length of the solution and the way of reporting the complaint on power quality to the department.
