摘要
Learning motivation is the core factor of one's learning process, which is a sustainable factor through the whole learning process. It is a dynamic process consisting of internal and external drives, and the motivation formation process and their incentive also changes to some extent with different learning environments. In web - based learning Elementary Stage, attitude and need are two major factors which affect motivation of learners, so their motivation can be promoted through the following measures: on the one hand, helping learners to set up the active attitude; on the other hand, distinguishing and satisfying needs of learners.
