Factors Influencing Quality of Tourist Experience from the Perspective of Service Quality: A Case Study of Huangshan Scenic Area

摘要
Based on first-hand data concerning the experience quality of tourists visiting Huangshan Scenic Area, we investigated the relationship between quality of tourist experience and service quality using regression analysis method. The conclusion shows that servicescape quality, service encounter quality and consumption emotion quality are major factors influencing service quality in tourism, the tourists' experience needs have differences in demographic characteristics and tourism characteristics. As a result, we put forward some measures for helping tourism sector in service quality management.
