摘要
Microporous, membranes were prepared using the technique of phase inversion by immersion-coagulation in the presence of a non solvent, dissolving different concentrations of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) pure or blended with other polymers, such as polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) in N'N' dimetilformamide. (DNIF). Characterization of the membranes was done by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), permeability tests and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) retention experiments. The effect of membrane porosity on permeate flux and PVA retention was verified using a tangential ultrafiltration pilot. The operational conditions were 3 kgf/cm(2), 50degreesCand tangential velocity of 0.6 m/s.
