摘要
CNC machine tool error compensation is an effective method to improve the machining precision of CNC machine tool and the premise and basis of implementing error compensation is a fast and accurate establishment of the error model. In this paper, multi-functional composite five-axis CNC machine tool is taken as a research object, the comprehensive error modeling process of a five-axis machine tool is described, the relationship between tool, workpiece and reference coordinate system is optimized in a traditional modeling process, the comprehensive mathematical model is attained, including the direction error.
