摘要：

It should be an educational goal to cultivate students for the modern legal faith of the rule of law in colleges. This paper starts from the case studies, and from the three aspects of argumentation legal beliefs, not only a kind of inner belief state, more external behavior patterns; not only to defend the moral consciousness, but also to understand the concept basis of law spirit. Shows that cultivate of legal beliefs of college students are an important mission of the ideological and political education.
