摘要
The role of human resources in agricultural exploitations proved to be an essential matter due to the decisive influence on the agricultural crop efficiency and production results. There exist particularities regarding the calculation of the human resources necessary in vegetal crop production, animal husbandry and other activities connected with agriculture. From an economical-financial point of view, the analysis of human resources efficiency is based on two indicators, as follows: labour productivity and profit per worker. The current study aimed to achieve an analysis of the efficiency of labour force in an agricultural farm. The main goal of the current analysis is to enlighten the good practices as regarding working activities and formulating the best efficient solutions and to develop the agricultural sector, integrating the priorities of agricultural management into the management of human resources.
