摘要
To analyses the effect of heat and moisture transfer on energy consumption and indoor environment, mechanism and influential factors of moisture transfer in building envelope were investigated. Critical issues of moisture transfer through building envelope for buildings in hot humid climate were discussed. The results show that, moisture transfer is one of the main reasons that cause structural damage, energy consumption and poor indoor air quality, which should be fully assessed in building thermal design and construction periods. Some technical measures were given to moisture proofing and dehumidifying for building walls. It is should be consider the combined effects of coupled heat and moisture transfer in building envelope, and moisture absorption and desorption in inner building wall.
