摘要：

The innovations bring the chances for the products and services improvements, but they involve the risks, that can lead to crisis. To realize this fact is the first step, how to predict possible problems or how to avoid them. The issue of the paper is the formulation of the risk identification in the innovation projects connected with the topic of intellectual property and mostly with the copyright upon the innovation realization, then the risk identification in the innovation projects often is neglected and in literature closer unspecified and unpublished.
