摘要：
The Strategic Alignment between enterprise management and information system is to ensure that information technology become one of the important strategies of enterprises obtaining competitive advantage. This paper discussed the Dynamic Mechanism of Strategic Alignment through the basic theories and viewpoints of Chaotic Theory. First, introduced chaotic management theory, demonstrated the similarity between Chaotic Theory and Strategic Alignment calibration, expatiated the feasibility of analyzing Strategic Alignment by Chaotic Theory. Then, on this basis, by using the characteristics of Logistic Equation in Chaotic Theory, analyzed the bifurcation and Chaotic behaviors in the process of Strategic Alignment, studied the Dynamic Mechanism of Strategic Alignment.
