摘要：
In this paper, Panzar-Ross model is used to estimate the effect of the listing of the four major State-owned banks on China's banking market structure. The research can help to understand the change of the China's four major banks before and after listing and changes in the market structure of China's banking industry. The research results show that, in recent years, China's banking system has evolved from a monopolistic competition market structure close to oligopolistic market structure and the market concentration for banks has been rising. On this basis, this article also made proposals to enhance the competitiveness of the banking industry.
