This talk will summarize the state-of-the-art sub-THz radio transceiver technologies focusing on CMOS technology, and identify the limiting factors and issues in terms of architectures and circuit topologies. Then, present the approaches and solutions that have been proposed by the members of the speaker's team at KAIST
