摘要
As a main course of management specialty, project management has strong theoretical and practical characters. It is also an interdisciplinary course with widely application. So project management course has an important position in the management disciplines. But at present, there are many problems in the project management teaching, the outstanding issue is theory divorcing from practice. This paper puts forward the "theory and practice integrated teaching mode". Through setting up curriculum system including theory teaching, case analysis, curriculum design and experimental, improving the curriculum assessment methods, strengthen the cultivation of university students' practical ability. The results show that the implementation of theory and practice integrated teaching mode in project management teaching achieve good results. This teaching mode can under teacher's leading role guidance, play student's main body role fully. After the course, students can have the basic abilities to solve practical project management problems.
